Roman Kemp wins dream job hosting Sky Sports Premier League Show
Sky Sports is launching a new magazine show, The Premier League Show, with Roman Kemp.
As the 2025/26 Premier League season kicks off on Friday 15 August, live on Sky Sports with at least 215 matches exclusively shown, Sky Sports News is launching a brand-new weekday magazine show: The Premier League Show.
Airing Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm, the show will be part of an exciting new lineup of content on the channel. Designed as the ultimate destination for football fans, it will deliver the latest headlines, in-depth features, and expert insight—providing a daily roundup of everything happening in the Premier League.
Joining Sky Sports this season is broadcaster Roman Kemp, who will host a special edition every Friday called Premier League Friday. Broadcasting live from the studio each week, Roman will bring his signature energy and deep love for football to the show, offering a fresh and unique perspective as fans gear up for the weekend’s fixtures.
Roman Kemp said:
“Football means more to me than anything. To be a part of a show like this, building up to the biggest games in world football, is a real privilege. I can’t wait to get started—and as a fan, I’ll do my best to give this show the justice it deserves.”
From Monday to Thursday, the show will feature alternating hosts Julian Warren and Emma Paton, with each episode including a dedicated reporter and pundit to break down the day’s top Premier League stories.
Roman Kemp will present the season’s first episode on Friday 15 August, airing across Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Premier League, and Sky Sports Main Event, as a lead-in to the season’s curtain-raiser: Liverpool v Bournemouth, with match coverage beginning at 6:30pm.
The Premier League Show is part of Sky’s continued commitment to being the top destination for football fans—across TV, digital, and social platforms—throughout the 2025/26 season and beyond.
