BBC One – 9pm: Destination X

BBC Two – 7pm: Live Athletics: Athletissima
Catch the 13th meeting of the season from Stade Olympique de la Pontaise in Switzerland. Last year, the British women’s 4x100m team, featuring Dina Asher-Smith, Desiree Henry, Bianca Williams, and Amy Hunt, set a meeting record with a stunning 42.03 seconds. Meanwhile, Kenya’s Emmanuel Wanyonyi impressed in the 800m (1:41.11) and Norwegian star Jakob Ingebrigtsen thrilled spectators in the 1500m (3:27.83).

In the penultimate episode of this gripping thriller, Jo and Cormac try to escape a dangerous blackmail scheme after stealing heroin and cash. As they work together to sell more of the smuggled drugs, plans are set in motion for Jo’s escape. Meanwhile, Kayla gives birth, and shocking revelations about Anton Marquis, a senior police officer, come to light. Starring Katherine Kelly, the tension is at an all-time high.
Channel 5 – 9pm: Soldier: For King and Country
Two companies face off in the Prince of Wales competition, a grueling 36-hour test of endurance, strategy, and combat skills. The Royal Welsh, known for their rugby passion, attempt to defend their Army Cup title, but a squad lacking cohesion must push through challenges to succeed.
