Home and Away axed by Channel 5

Home and Away has been axed from Channel 5.

The longrunning Australian soap will not return to the channel, where it has aired weekdays at 1.45pm.
Instead, 5 will only broadcast the soap on its sister channel 5star and on its streaming platform.
5 said the series is "moving exclusively to streaming for daytime viewing".
