Channel 4 release start date and trailer for new thriller 'In Flight'.

The trailer has landed for In Flight, a gripping new crime-thriller drama that follows a flight attendant whose world is shattered when she's blackmailed into smuggling drugs—after her son is imprisoned in Bulgaria for a murder he insists he didn’t commit.
Premiering Tuesday 12th August, In Flight is a high-stakes 6x60’ drama from Buccaneer Media (The Crow Girl, Marcella, The Burning Girls). The series is written and co-created by Mike Walden (Marcella, Whitstable Pearl) and Adam Randall (Slow Horses, iBoy), produced by Brendan Mullin (Wreck, Dalgliesh), and directed by Chris Baugh (Wreck, Tin Star).
Katherine Kelly (Mr Bates vs the Post Office, The Long Shadow, Happy Valley) stars as Jo Conran, a single mother and flight attendant whose life takes a dark turn when she is coerced by a criminal network into smuggling drugs on international flights. Stuart Martin (Rebel Moon, Miss Scarlet and The Duke) plays Cormac, a senior figure in the gang, while Ashley Thomas (Them, Top Boy) appears as Jo’s ex-partner, Dom Delaney, a customs officer who may be her only chance of escape.
As Jo descends deeper into a shadowy world of corruption, contract killers, and deception, she must navigate impossible choices—all while clinging to her one priority: keeping her son alive. With danger at every altitude, Jo turns to Dom for help, but the path to freedom is anything but clear.
Set against the high-pressure, fast-moving world of international air travel, In Flight is a tense and emotional thriller about survival, sacrifice, and how far a mother will go to protect her child.
The ensemble cast also includes Bronagh Waugh as Melanie, Harry Cadby as Sonny, Corinna Brown as Kayla, and Ambreen Razia as Zara.
