Apple TV has officially set a return date for its critically acclaimed crime-comedy Bad Monkey, releasing first-look images for its highly anticipated second season. Executive produced by showrunner Bill Lawrence (Ted Lasso, Shrinking) and starring Vince Vaughn, the 10-episode sophomore season premieres globally on Wednesday, December 2, 2026. New episodes will drop weekly every Wednesday through the finale on February 3, 2027.

A Brand-New Florida Mystery
Expanding beyond Carl Hiaasen’s bestselling novel, Season 2 delivers an all-new original story. Suspended detective Andrew Yancy (Vaughn) gets dragged back into Sunshine State mayhem after witnessing the murder of Florida’s top “fixer”. Forced to partner with a rigid forensic accountant to reclaim his badge, Yancy finds himself trapped in a brutal turf war between rival syndicates.
Along the way, he must navigate an eccentric cast of Florida characters—including an intellectual mob boss, a volatile heir, a tough young woman in need of protection, and an overly zealous animal relocation specialist threatening local ecosystems.
